The "Actions Toolbar" Toolbox can acts as a mini "Home Dashboard", meaning, once expanded it has all the options to interact with and individual or household as the "Home Dashboard" without having to go through the search process. This tool bar The Toolbox constitutes ease in managing a household.
To access the tool bar Toolbox you must be on a tenants household overview page. To the left hand sign is the "Actions Toolbar" Toolbox symbol:
Once clicked it expands to show multiple "actions"tools.
Through this toolbar you can:
A- Close ToolbarToolbox
B- Post a transaction (See Tenant Accounting)

D- Open a work order (See Unit Management)
E- Access household management "actions" drop-down menu to:
Preview Rent (See Rent Preview)
