The follow page explains how to override rent for a specific tenant on their unit.
Step By Step Instructions
Navigate to the tenant
Click on the Unit link in the Household Profile
Select "Edit Unit"
- Check the "Override Program Settings"
- Make necessary changes to the following areas by clicking "Add"
- It is important to ADD a new field rather than EDIT an existing one - for history sake.
- Avoid making any changes to the rent calc key - as this is very specific and requires training
- Save
- Success! You have overridden the rent calculations.
