Adding a New Family Member:

Home Dashboard > Search Button (search for the name of household you wish to interact with)

1: In the household overview page, select add a new household member.

Step By Step Guide:

1. In the selected families Household Overview page, click the "Add New Household Member" button.
2. Fill in the members first name, last name, and SSN.
3. Click "OK".
4. You will be returned to the Household Overview page, viewing the new family members profile.

Editing Bio Information and Profile Photo

To edit an individuals bio information;

1: In the household overview Home Dashboard > Search Button (search for the name of household you wish to interact with)

1. To upload a photo of the tenant click "Edit Image", and a pop up will prompt you to search through computer files to find the photo you wish to use.

To Edit Existing Information:

1. Click the edit or delete option near the phone number, email address, or home address you which to change.
2. A pop up will appear allowing you to edit the information (If you chose delete, the information previously recorded in that field will be removed)When finished click ok, and the edited information will be saved.
