The "Letter History" tab on the household overview page, houses a list of previous correspondence sent to members of the household.
This information helps to ensure that , for example, a re-certification letter is not sent unnecessarily.
To Access this page:
Home Dashboard > Search button (type and select the household you wish to interact with) > Letter History Tab

"Letter History" at a glance:
A. Search bar - List of sent templates/Nature of the correspondence
B- Roster of the date and time the letter was sent
C- Account of the household member that Click within the search field to hunt for a specific letter.
B. Title - Name of the template sent.
C. Addressee - Name of the tenant or family member whom the letter was addressed to.
D. Date - Date correspondence was sent.
E. Generated by - Catalog Id number of the user who created the correspondencegenerated/sent the letter.
F. View Button - Click to view the exact letter generated.
