Tenant Images

• Ability to upload and remove tenant images.

Bulk Billing Statements

• Ability to generate billing statements for all tenants, or households with account balances.
• Ability to download the generated group of statements in PDF format.
• Ability to generate statements for the current month as well as the following month.

Updated:

Loans

• "Monthly Charge" text, during loan creation, has been replaced with "Monthly Installment".

Deposits

• Deposit success message has been reformatted to match the style of pop-ups throughout the app.

PPU 

• Program, Project, Unit codes have been updated to match the notation used for PPU within HDSWin.

Fixed:

Loans

• Adjustment to establish balance was not posting for the date of move-in, but rather "today".
• Balances were being combined for two non-housing loans, i.e. two repair loans shared the same balance.
• "No Splits" warning has been removed from household actions for loan homes.

Transfers

• Transferring between two different tax credits should not be allowed, however, transfers within the SAME tax credit program are now allowed.

Groups

• Group transactions did not offer the "preferred" star besides active/current accounts within account selection drop downs.

Work Orders

• Work order reports were printing "null" in the place of apartment number for those units that did not have any.

Deposits

• Removed the ability to void a payment that has already been "deposited" through the Deposits feature.
