  1. From the selected tenants Household Overview page click on the Toolbox tab.
  2. Mouse over the "Transactions" button, and from the drop down menu clcik "Post a Payment".

  3. Fill in the date the payment will be posted on. Fill in the amount to be posted. Select the Type of payment, and enter a description of the payment.

  4. Click "Next".
  5. Review the payment information, and click "Finish".

  6. Success! You have successfully posted the following payment:
    1. Click Close

  7. You should Required Fields of the Post Payment Wizard:

    1. Unit or Loan: Select the Unit or Loan this payment applies to.
    2. Account: Select the account you wish to post the payment to.
    3. Payment Type: Select the type f payment being made.
    4. Posted On Date: Enter the date the payment was posted.
    5. Amount: Enter the amount of the payment.
    6. Description: Enter a description for this payment (optional).
    7. Auto/Manual Allocation: select whether you want this payment to be manually, or automatically allocated. (For more information on allocations see Allocations.)
    8. Cancel Button: Click this button if you wish to cancel the payment.
    9. Post Payment Button: Click this button once required fields have been met, and you wish to post this payment. 
  8. You will automatically be redirected to the updated Tenant Ledger, which will reflect the newest payment.
