The "Household History" tab lists all action associated with the family including, assignments, move-ins, and more.The actions are listed in chronological order by effective date.

    1. Action History: This section of the household history tab lists the history of actions for a household, including Move Ins, Move Outs, Interim Certifications, and Annual Certifications.
    2. Toggle Button: Click this arrow to expand the actions details, which include; date of action, next certification date, action description, created by, fixed rent amount, and/or TTP Rent Calculation details.
    3. Effective Date: This column of the household history lists the effective date of each action.
    4. Action: Column listing the type of historical action performed.
    5. Unit: This column lists the unit the action was associated with. The unit name doubles as a link that will navigate the user to the units overview page. 
    6. Monthly Charge: List of monthly charge amounts set during the action. This amount is based on projections using the household income, allowances, and deductions based on information entered into the household file at the time of the assignment.
    7. Assignment History: Section of the household history tab that lists the assignment, and un-assignment history for a household.
    8. Projected Monthly Charge: This monthly charge column appears specifically in the assignments section. This amount is based on projections using the household income, allowances, and deductions based on information entered into the household file at the time of the assignment. If any of these components change prior to the move in date, the projected rent could also change.

Household History Action Detail

  1. Navigate to the household with which you wish to undo an action.
  2. Click on the Household History Tab.
  3. Expand the action you want to "undo". Note: you cannot undo assignments. You must first undo the move in (if any) then perform the un-assignment action.
  4. Click the red "UNDO" button.

  5. A warning message will appear, informing the user that this is an action that cannot be undone.
  6. Click "Accept".
  7. Success! You have removed the action from the households history.

How to Edit an Action

(Note:

You cannot edit changes made during the action such as; removal from waiting list, creation of a loan, stopping a loan upon move out, or action description.)
  1. Navigate to the household with which you wish to edit an action.
  2. Click on the Household History tab. 
  3. Expand the action you wish to perform changes on.
  4. Click the blue "EDIT" button.

  5. The action will then convert o edit mode, in which you can the TTP details, fixed rent amount, certification date, and more. 
  6. Click "Save".
  7. Success! Your edits have been saved.

Printing a TTP Worksheet from a Specific Household Action

  1. Navigate to the household with which you wish to print a TTP worksheet for.
  2. Click on the Household History Tab.
  3. Expand the action you wish to print a TTP worksheet for. Note: When printing an older certification, it will show the TTP information at that time of action, not the current TTP details.
  4. Click the blue "PRINT TTP WORKSHEET" button.
  5. A new tab will open in your internet browser with the TTP Rent Calculation Details.

  6. From here, click File, then Print from your internet browser.
  7. Success! The TTP Worksheet has been printed.
