  1. Navigate to Home Dashboard > Maintenance > Activities
  2. Click New Activity Image Added
  3. Give your activity a name, this can be a numerical value. 
    1. You do not need to specify a program or a project, but if you do, you will need to indicate which program and project in the name. 
    2. Image Added
  4. Click Save
  5. Success! You can now use this activity for Work Order organization and reporting.
