  1. Navigate to the tenant

  3. Click on the Unit link in the Household Profile

    1. Select "Edit Unit"

    2. Check the "Override Program Settings"

    3. Make necessary changes to these spots: the following areas by clicking "Add"
      1. It is important to ADD a new field rather than EDIT an existing one - for history sake.  
      2. Avoid making any changes to the rent calc key - as this is very specific and requires training
