The tracking tab houses all of the features for one household that may include automatic monetary tracking and/or manual tracking i.e. Repayment Agreements, Deposits, Loans, and Recurring Transactions.
A- Loans: This feature allows tracking of housing/unit related loans as well as non-housing loans such as a repair loan. See Loans for more information.
B- Recurring Transactions: Creating and tracking a recurring transactions setting are done with this feature. For more information, visit the Recurring Transactions documentation.
C- Required Deposits: To track the payment and/or amount of a required deposit for a tenant, navigate to the Required Deposits feature. Visit Required Deposits for more information.
D- Repayment Agreements: When a tenant requires a repayment agreement to be setup, this can be done in the Repayment Agreements feature. Note: This feature does not integrate with the tenant ledger. Manual payments must be made.
