The Bundles tab, under the Reports Organizer, allows the creation, viewing, and editing of a "bundle" of reports. Note: Bundles can only use existing reports. Ie. Queries must be made before bundling, see Analysis Tool on creating a new report.

Bundles Tab - Legend
A. A. Reports Organizer - This column allows you to view all reports, favorited reports, reports by category, or bundled reports.
B. Search Bar - Filter through all bundles by bundle name, report name, report category, report counter, and bundle description.

C. Bundle Widget - This widget gives you a quick glance of the bundle's name, description, reports counter, edit and run.
D. Reports Counter - A counter that represents the amount of items (reports) within Bundle Name - Name of the bundle.
E. Bundle Name Description - Name Description of the bundle.
F. Bundle Description - Description of Reports Counter - A counter that represents the amount of items (reports) within the bundle.
G. Edit Bundle - This button will take you to another page where you can edit the bundles name, description, delete the bundle, cancel the action, run the bundle, add reports, and delete reports from the bundle.
H. Run Bundle - This button will run the bundle and download the reports within the bundle, see below.
I. New Bundle - Click this button to create a brand new bundle.
Bundles Configuration - Legend
A. Bundle Name - Name of the bundle.
B. Cancel and Save Button - These buttons will Cancel the creation Bundle Description - Description of the bundle and Save the bundle, respectively.
C. Reports Organizer - This column allows you to view all reports, favorited reports, reports by category, or bundled reports.
D. Bundle Description - Description of the bundle.
EDelete Bundle, Cancel Bundle, Save Bundle, and Run Bundle - These buttons allow you to Delete an existing bundle, Cancel the new bundle you're creating, Save your current chances, and Run the bundle, respectively.
D. Report Name - Name of the reports in the bundle.
FE. Type - Type of item in the bundle. Note: Currently only supports "Report."
GF. Location - Location of the data for that report is stored.
HG. Date Range Field - Used to select the date range you wish to print the reports from. Note: Currently only supports "Posted On."
I. PDF - This icon stands for .pdf. H. Ping Options for each report - The left is .pdf If any of the boxes below are checked, this means that report will download a .pdf version. Note: Some reports only support one format (.pdf or .csv).J. CSV - This This icon stands for .csv. If any of the boxes below are checked, this means that report will download a .pdf csv version. Note: Some reports only support one format (.pdf or .csv).
KI. Delete - This trash can icon, when clicked, will delete that report from the bundle. Note: This action cannot be undoe, but the report can be re-added, see below.
LJ. Add Button - This button is used to add another report to the bundle, see below.
K. Latest Builds - A history of each time this bundle has been run, with a date and time stamp as well as the status of that bundle.
L. Download Zip Link - Allows you to download the zipped file of that build.
Step-By-Step Guide to Running a Bundle
Option One: Click the Run Bundle Button
- Click the Run Bundle button at the bottom of the bundle, next to the Edit Bundle button.
- After clicking the Run Bundle button and the modal has popped up, set either the start and end date for the reports or the YRMO - depending on the settings of your queries.
- Click the "Run" button.
- After a few seconds, the modal will disappear and the bundle of reports will download as a .zip file.show in the Latest Builds section with a status. Once complete, click the "Download Zip" link to download to your desktop.
Option Two: Run the Bundle from the Bundle's Configuration Screen
- Click anywhere on the widget of the bundle you want to run. This will take you to the Bundle's Configuration Screen.
- Once on the Bundle's Configuration Screen, Click the "Run" button on the top-right of the page.
- After clicking the "Run" button and the modal has popped up, set the start and end date for the reports.
- Click the "Run" button on the modal.
- After a few seconds, the modal will disappear and the bundle of reports will download as a .zip file.show in the Latest Builds section with a status. Once complete, click the "Download Zip" link to download to your desktop.
Step-By-Step Guide to Creating a New Bundle
- Click on the "New" Bundle button at the top-right of the page.
- Fill in the boxes:
A. Bundle Name - Name of the bundle.
B. Bundle Description - Description of the bundle.
C. Delete Bundle, Cancel Bundle, Save Bundle, and Run Bundle - These buttons allow you to Delete an existing bundle, Cancel the new bundle you're creating, Save your current chances, and Run the bundle, respectively.
D. Report Name - Name of the reports in the bundle.

- Click the "Add" button to add reports to the bundle.
- Fill out the "Add an Item" modal.
- Click the "Add" button in the modal to add the report to the bundle
- Repeat steps 3-5 until all the reports you wish to have in this bundle have been added.
- Click the "Save" button at the top-right of the page to save your bundle.
- Success! You have successfully created a new bundle! Note: Bundles are user-generated, other users will not be able to see the bundles you have created.
A. Name - Name of the bundle. This will change in real-time according to what is typed into box C.
B. Cancel and Save Button - These buttons will Cancel the creation of the bundle and Save the bundle, respectively.
C. Name - Name of the bundle.
D. Description - The description of the bundle.
A. Item Type - Dropdown list used to select the type of item to be added to the bundle. Note: Currently only supports "Report" type.
B. Item Name - Dropdown list used to select the item (report) to be added to the bundle.
C. Date Range (If applicable) - Dropdown list used to select the date range field. Note: Currently only supports "Posted On" field.
D. Formats (If applicable) - Check boxes that are used to select what format you wish the report to download as.- .
Step-By-Step Guide to Deleting a Report From a Bundle
- Click anywhere on the bundle that you wish to delete a report from.
- Locate the report you wish to delete and click on the trash can icon, the most right icon on the report's row.
- Success! You have successfully deleted a report from a bundle. Note: This action cannot be undoe, but the report can be re-added, see above.
