Member:

  1. In the selected family's Household Overview page, click the "Add New Household Member" button.

  2. Fill in the members First Name, Last Name, and SSN.
  3. Click "OK".
  4. You will be returned to the Household Overview page, viewing the new family members profile.
  5. From here you can edit the new members information, read below for steps to Edit Bio Information and Profile Photo.

Removing A Household Member:

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. In the selected family's Household Overview page, click the "Remove Household Member" button.
  2. Click "Yes" to remove household member permanently.

Home Dashboard > Search Button (search for the name of household you wish to interact with)

1: In the household overview page, select add a new household member.

To edit an individuals bio information;

      1. To add/update the tenants profile image, click the "Update Profile Image" link.

      1. To remove the tenants profile image, select "Delete Profile Image."
      2. When finished, click "Save" and the tenants information will be updated in the household overview.

      Add Contact Information


      Contact information is located to the right side of the bio information on the individuals household page.

      To Create New Contact Information:

      A. Click the "+" button next to the area you wish to add new contact info to

      ...

      Fill in new phone number, email address, or home address.

      B. When adding for the first time, you can click "Add One" 

      NoteWhen creating a new phone number or email address a drop down menu

      will be available for you to choose the nature of the new contact information.

      3. Click "OK" to save information

      To Edit Existing Information:

      1. Click the edit or delete option near the phone number, email address, or home address you which to change.
      2. A pop up will appear allowing you to edit the information (If you chose delete, the information previously recorded in that field will be removed)
      3. When finished click ok, and the edited information will be saved.

       

      C. Ensure you star the primary contact piece if there is more than one listed in a section. 

      D. Edit or Delete by selecting a link from this menu.

      Step-By-Step Guide:

      1. Click on the (plus) (A) or the Add One link (B) to add a new contact record
      2. A popup will appear, allowing you to choose the category and fill out the object information 
      3. Save 
      4. If adding more than one piece of information in a section, choose the primary option by clicking the star (C) 
      5. To Edit or Delete the record, select that link and make your changes, save.
