The Inspections feature of doorways allows users to track upcoming, previous, and unscheduled inspections. Performing an inspection is made simple and intuitive for users as well, allowing inspections to be completed using the Doorways iPad app, or from a computer. Each inspection, when opened, includes details such as who has/will perform the inspection, the scheduled date & time, unit information, tenant information, and results of the inspection. Inspections Overview

The inspections overview houses a list of all inspections whether they are previous, past due, upcoming, or unscheduled. From here you have the ability to filter the list of inspections, search by assignee, or start a new inspection.

A. Filters. Clicking this button opens a list of filter options to allow the user to narrow down the inspections list, and offer a more customized view. There are choices to filter by inspection date (Today's Inspections, Future Inspections, Past Inspections, Unscheduled Inspections), filter to show only the users inspections vs all inspections, and options to sort the inspections list. (Sort by date, time, user, etc.)

A. Hide - Clicking this button hides the filters from view

B. Scheduled Inspection Date - You have the option to filter by This Weeks Inspection, Today's Inspections, Past, Future, Unscheduled Inspections 

C. Sort By - You have the option to sort by Scheduled Date/TimeUser, or Status

D. Status - Select the status to filter your inspections by status 

E. Result - Choose between All, Passed, or Failed

F. Assigned To - Select from a list of users who have the role of Maintenance 

G. Clear Filters or Apply Filters - You can clear the filters or apply the filters to the Inspections

B. Search Field - Typing a unit address or user will search the app to find matching units and users to narrow the list by.

C: New Inspection Button - Clicking this button opens the New Inspection creation process. For a step-by-step guide to creating a new inspections, see Creating a New Inspection.

D: Inspections List - This section of the Inspections Overview page offers a list of all inspections and a preview of  their details. The details include assignee, scheduled date and time, unit address, tenant Head of Household, inspection result (for completed inspections only), and inspection status (Scheduled, Incomplete, Complete).

Inspections Report

The inspections report is very similar to the Inspections Overview page. The main difference offered by this tab of Doorways Maintenance, is that instead of performing actions toward an inspection, you can filter the inspections report and create a group from the filters shown. A. View Another Report - Allows you to select from a list of reports within the Maintenance category 

B. Filters Button- Clicking this button opens a list of filter options to allow the user to narrow down the inspections list, and offer a more customized view. There are choices to filter by a Date Range(Everyday, One Week From Today, 30 Days From Today, Previous 30 Days, or a custom date range), filter to show result of inspection, status of inspection, and by who was assigned the inspection.

B. Dates Selected - Choose a date range or a specified date for which inspections you would like to view 

C. Result - Select the results of the inspections to filter the reports to 

D.  Status - Select the status of the inspections to filter the report to 

E. Assigned To - Choose the person the inspections are assigned to or select All

F. Apply Filters - To apply the selections above, click this button 

C. Create/Add to Group Button - Clicking this button will prompt the user to either create a new group from the filtered list of inspections, or add to an existing group. (For more on grouping, see Groups)

D. Inspections List - This section of the Inspections Overview page offers a list of all inspections and a preview of  their details. The details include assignee, scheduled date and time, unit address, tenant Head of Household, inspection result (for completed inspections only), and inspection status (Scheduled, Incomplete, Completed).

E. Page Navigation Tool - This offers a numerical order of all the pages of inspections, clicking the number, or next/previous button will navigate through the pages of inspections.
