Unable to Log Out:
At times, the a user will be partially logged in. You can tell if you are partially logged in if you can navigate through the application and do most things, but will not have a user menu dropdown in the top right corner. Instead, you will see a "Log In" link that does nothing when clicked.
If you find yourself in this situation, you will need to clear your browser's local storage, and then log in as you normally would.
To clear your local storage in the chrome browser, you can type this into the address bar (URL):

Then you would want to search for "hdsdoorways.com" and click the "x" on the right side of that row (see pic).
After you clear your local storage, you will want to travel back to your hdsdoorways.com site. Refresh the page, and then log in as you would normally.
Unable to Filter Reports:
- Right click anywhere on the browser page (except for on a link)
- A small menu will appear.
- Click Inspect.
- Your inspection/Developer tools will appear.
- Click the "Application" tab.
- Within this tab there is a little menu to the right, click on the url under the Session Storage portion.
- Clear All.
- Repeat steps #6 and #7 for the Local Storage portion.
