Removing a Household

from a Wait List
- Navigate to the Household that needs to be removed from a waiting list.
- Click on the "Wait Lists" tab.
- If multiple Wait Lists, select the correct one.
- Locate the waiting list to remove the household fromClick on the Removals link within the Wait List.
- Click on the "X+" to remove the household from that particular list.

5.1 Enter in the Removal

Reason.
6. Enter in the reason for the removal.
7. Click "OK".

5.2 Add the date the removal was finalized
5.3 Include the time for the removal
5.4 Cancel the decision or Save
8. The Household Removal History will be updated to show the removal from the waiting list, the date will reflect the total time the applicant was on a waiting list.
