Navigate to the tenant
Click on the Unit link in the Household Profile

- Check the "Override Program Settings"

- Make necessary changes to the following areas by clicking "Add"
- It is important to ADD a new field rather than EDIT an existing one - for history sake.
- Avoid making any changes to the rent calc key - as this is very specific and requires training
