The dashboard is the homepage of the Doorways app. Through the dashboard you can access most of the tools needed to function within the app.

 


A-Search (All households and all units):

B- Transactions buttonprompts to search for the household you wish to perform a transaction with. (See Tenant Accounting)

C- Correspondence button, prompts to search for the household you want to write a letter to via first or last name, SSN, or ARN. (See Correspondence)

D- Repair button is unavailable with this version of Doorways, but will be coming soon for ease in creating work orders. 

E- Sign Up button is used to create new households to add to waiting lists, and other interactions. (See Creating a New Household)

F- Main header bar: 

1- Application Name

2- Households- brings up a list of all households, and filter options widget.

3- Waiting Lists- brings up waiting list dashboard, current waiting lists, and Unit vacancy widget.

4- Units- brings up units dashboard

5- Accounting- brings up accounting dashboard

6- Reports- N/A

 


G- Re-certification Widget:

A- This box keeps an up to date count on how many households are about to be due for re-certification.

B- Drop down menu that allows you to choose the households that are due for re-certification within 30/60/90 days

C- How many days left until re-certification for each household

D- List of corresponding household names

E- Full due date

F- View entire list of up coming re-certifications

H-Unit Widget

A- Up-to-date amount of units

B- Drop-down list of viewing options

  • Vacant
  • Removed from Inventory
  • Other

C- Vacant since date

D- List of unit addresses

E- List of unit vacancies
