Reports Center - Maintenance

The reports center, under the maintenance section, compiles various sets of maintenance data into individual reports. This is a useful tab to visit when you need an overall look at inspections/work orders, or more detail information such as work order cost reports. Navigate to this page by opening the maintenance section, then clicking the Reports Center tab. To view a list of all Maintenance Report categories, see Maintenance Report Categories.

1. Open the Maintenance section by clicking "Maintenance" in the header navigational bar.
2. Click the "Reports Center" tab.
3. Select the report you wish to view or print by clicking the "View Another Report" link. A list of options will appear in a dropdown menu.
4. Optionally, you may filter the results of the report according to date (received, assigned, or completed), program, project, priority, status, and in the case of inspections, results.
