The Toolbox can acts as a mini "Home Dashboard", meaning, once expanded it has all the options to interact with an individual or household as the "Home Dashboard" would, without having to go through the search process. The Toolbox constitutes ease in managing a household.
To access the Toolbox you must be on a tenants household overview page. To the left hand sign is the Toolbox symbol:
Once clicked it expands to show multiple tools.
Through this toolbar you can:
A- Close Toolbox
B- Post a transaction (See Accounting)
C- Generate a Letter (See Correspondence)
D- Open a work order (See Units)
E- Access household "actions" drop-down menu to:
- Assign a Unit
- Unassign unit
- Move-In (SeeThe Move-In Process)
- Move-Out (See Move Outs)
- Annual Recertification & Interim Recertification (See Certification Actions)
