The "Letter History" tab on the household overview page, houses a list of previous correspondence sent to members of the household.
This information helps to ensure that , for example, a re-certification letter is not sent unnecessarily.
To Access this page:
Home Dashboard > Search button (type and select the household you wish to interact with) > Letter History Tab
"Letter History" at a glance:
A- List of sent templates/Nature of the correspondence
B- Roster of the date and time the letter was sent
C- Account of the household member that the letter was addressed to
D- Catalog of the user who created the correspondence
