The Tenant Ledger is an overview of the tenants Accounts Summary.
A- Household's basic contact information for the tenant, their status as an applicant or tenant, and the program their current housing program
B- Bad Debt Account Notification (*This may not be available in the beta version of the application*)
C- The Accounts Summary section lists accounts such as Tenants Accounts Receivable, Security Deposits, MEPA, VEPA, etc. The balance is given to the right of each individual account.
D- Current rent widget with rent amount and effective date.
Tenant Ledger Widget
The tenant ledger widget is on the household overview page, as well as the corresponding household tabs, and shows a quick summary of the tenant/households balances and current rent rate.
