Step-by-Step Guide to Creating a New Household:

  1. Click Sign Up on the Home Dashboard
  2. Enter the head of household First Name, Last Name, and SSN (Dashes are optional, they will be automatically formatted on the household page.)
  3. Click "Save New Household" button.
  4. This will bring you the Households Overview Page.
