How to "Undo" an Action
(Note: You can only undo an action that is the most recent action. Undoing an action will not revert some of the changes made in the action such as; removal from waiting list, stopping a loan on move-out.)
- Navigate to the household with which you wish to undo an action.
How to Edit an Action
(Note: You can edit the next recertification date, TTP details, and monthly charge amount. You cannot edit changes made during the action such as; removal from waiting list, creation of a loan, stopping a loan upon move out, or action description.)
- Navigate to the household with which you wish to edit an action.
