Conveyance Eligible
The Conveyance Eligible action allows the user the ability to stop all charges from posting once an individual is eligible for conveyance. This allows the legal proceedings to take place before actually conveying the unit to the tenant.
Step by Step Instructions for Marking a Household Conveyance Eligible
1. Navigate to the tenant’s Household Profile.
2. Select the toolbar on the left hand side of the screen
3. Scroll to the “Person” icon
4. Select Conveyance Eligibility
5. Fill out the date the individual was eligible for conveyance
6. Decide whether or not you want Admin Fees to stop posting
Monthly loan/rent charges related to the unit will stop posting with a status of Conveyance Eligible, only Admin Fees and Recurring Transactions will continue to post if you let them
7. Click “Next”
8. Review changes and make any notes related to the conveyance eligibility
9. Click “Finish”
10. Success! Your household’s status will now reflect “Conveyance Eligible” on reports
