All Units Report

The units page encompasses a master list of all units, including the associated address, status, tenant name, program and project. This page includes filters in order for easier unit searches, these filters include PPU or Program/Project, and unit status (Assigned, Vacant, Occupied, Conveyed, Removed from Inventory).

Unit Overview

By clicking on the address link of a specific unit, you will be navigated to the specified unit's overview page. This page includes basic information about the specific unit, unit history, work order history, inspection history, and notes about the unit.

Unit History

The unit history tab offers a glimpse at this units previous household actions. Assignments, Move-ins, Conveyance, and Removals from unit inventory.

Work Order History

This tab lists any current or previous work orders opened for the specified unit. Clicking the WO# link will navigate you to the specified work order. It is also possible to begin a new work order from this view by clicking the "New Work Order" button.

Notes

The notes tabs keep as a history of all notes added for the specified unit. Filtering the lists of notes by category can be performed as well by clicking the "Choose Category" dropdown, and selecting a category. To add a new note click the "+" icon in the top right corner of the notes section. 


Step-by-Step Guide to Adding Unit Notes

  1. Navigate the overview page belonging to the unit you wish to add a note for.
  2. Click the "Notes" tab.
  3. Click the "+" icon in the top right.
  4. Select a note category.
  5. Enter the note you wish to convey for this unit.
  6. Click "OK". Success! A new note has been added for the unit.
