Clicking the Maintenance button in the Header Navigation Bar will open the tabs for all maintenance features in Doorways. Below is a list of the features and a link to their documentation.

Work Orders

The Work Orders tab houses the entire Work Orders feature. This includes the capability to create a new work order, view a list of work orders (This list is filterable and can act as a report, without the ability to create or add to a group. That feature is coming in the near future for Work Orders.), and the ability to open the details of a work order, and enter in the information as to work completed and billing. For more information and step-by-step tutorials, see Work Orders.

Inspections

The Inspections tab houses the Inspections Overview List. From here you can filter the list of inspections, open an inspections detail view, perform, and print inspections. For more information on the overall inspections feature see InspectionsPerform Inspection, and/or Creating a New Inspection.

Reports Center

The Reports Center tab houses the reports for all current maintenance features. Currently, this is only the Inspections Report, and coming soon will be the Work Orders Report. From any report, you can filter the pertaining list by several filter types. After filtering, users have the ability to create or add to a group with the pertaining items in the report. For more on grouping see Grouping. Information on maintenance reports we currently have can be found here: Inspections.

Inspections Templates

The Inspections Template tab includes quite a large and impressive feature. When performing inspections you must select a template, this page houses the details of those templates as well as the ability to create a new one. As a default, there will be some basic inspection templates already created and  included with the Doorways application, but for advanced users, creating an inspection is possible. For more information, see Inspection Templates.
