When adding a Custom Attribute to your Doorways site, you are given the option to select from a dropdown list of 9 entities to choose from. Below is a description of each of those entities and which report they will show up in.

Entities

  1. Work Order

    1. Expressed in any new or existing work order

    2. Can be queried on from the “Work Orders” report

  2. Work Order Material

    1. Added to the wizard when adding a Work Order material cost

    2. Cannot currently be pulled in to reports

  3. Inspection

    1. Added to the creation of or editing in an existing Inspection

    2. These only show up on the desktop version of the inspection template

    3. Not currently available in any reports

  4. Program

    1. These attributes can only be utilized by an HDS Administrator

    2. Can be queried in the “Programs” report

  5. Project

    1. These attributes can only be utilized by an HDS Administrator

    2. Can be queried in the “Projects” report

  6. Unit

    1. Added to the Unit overview screen

    2. Can by queried on in to the “All Units” report

  7. Household

    1. Added to the bottom of the Household overview screen

    2. Available to query on in the “Households” report

  8. Landlord

    1. Added to the bottom of the new/edited Landlord wizard

    2. Cannot currently be queried

  9. Member

    1. Appended to the bottom of the new/edited Member Bio

    2. Can be queried on in the “Members” report
