- From the selected tenants Household Overview page click on the Toolbox tab.
- Mouse over the "Transactions" button, and from the drop down menu click "Post Adjustment".

B- "Post Adjustment" button - Fill in Required Fields of the Post Payment Wizard:
- Adjustment Type: Select whether
- this transaction is a
- credit or
- Click "Next".
- Choose whether the adjustment will be allocated or not. If so, fill in the corresponding fields.
- Click "Next".
- Review the adjustment action information, and click "Finish".
- The Tenant Ledger will be updated with the adjustment.

- Unit or Loan: Select the Unit or Loan this adjustment applies to.
- Account: Select the account you wish to post the adjustment to.
- Adjustment Type: Select the type of credit/debit being made.
- Posted On Date: Enter the date the adjustment was/will be posted.
- Amount: Enter the amount of adjustment.
- Description: Enter a description for this adjustment (optional).
- Auto/Manual Allocation: If a credit adjustment, select whether you want this credit to be manually, or automatically allocated. (For more information on allocations see Allocations.)
- Cancel Button: Click this button if you wish to cancel the adjustment.
- Post Adjustment Button: Click this button once required fields have been met, and you wish to post this adjustment.
- You will automatically be redirected to the updated Tenant Ledger, which will reflect the newest adjustment.
