Method One Step-by-Step guide
From the chosen tenant's household overview page:
- Click on the Waiting Lists tab.
- A roster of waiting lists will appear, click the "X" in the right hand corner of the waiting list you wish to remove the tenant/household from.
- A confirmation dialog will appear, accept, and the the tenant/household will be removed from the chosen waiting list.

Method Two Step-by-Step guide
When assigning or moving a tenant/household into a unit
- During the third step of The Assignment Process or The Move-In Process there is an option to remove the tenant/household from the waiting lists that they are currently a part of. Check the box by the waiting list(s) you wish to remove the tenant/household from.
- Continue with the assignment and/or the move-in process.
- When done click "Finish" and the tenant/household's waiting list status will be removed.
