Waiting List Overview Widget

The household overview page offers a quick glance as to the ranking of a household. A more detailed view can be accessed by clicking on the "Waiting Lists" tracking tab.

Household Waiting List Overview Tab

This tab lists the waiting lists that a household is on, as well as their ranking, application date, and removal date if applicable. Click the name of the Waiting List to view more details about the household as it pertains to the list.

Household Waiting List Detail

From the Wait List Details screen you have the ability to update the application details as well as add notes. 

A. Click on the pencil button to edit details such as application date/time, preference points, bedroom size, and whether or not the applicant is handicap. note: if you make changes and save those changes, the update date and who updated the record will display in the Wait List overview. 

B. By clicking on this pencil button you can add a note to the individuals Wait List record. This note will show up both here in the Wait List record as will as in the Notes tab on the household record. 

Refusals

To add a refusal for an individual, but keep them on the Wait List, click the Refusals tab from the Wait List Details screen. 

Step by Step Guide to Adding a New Refusal

  1. Add a reason for the refusal 
  2. Select the date the refusal decision was made
  3. Include the time for the refusal decision 
  4. Click Save or Cancel 
  5. Success! The refusal note has been added. Note: The household will remain on the waitlist in the position they were already occupying. 

Removals

Click the removal link/tab to navigate to the this view. Removals are permanent actions that remove the household from the specified wait list. The comment entered before saving is the note associated with that removal action. 

Step by Step Guide to Removing a Household from Waiting List

  1. Enter in the comment/note that best applies to the removal. This can be edited later on.
  2. Add the date for which the removal was decided on. 
  3. Include the time the removal decision was made. 
  4. Click Cancel or Save
  5. Success! The removal note has been added, and the household will be removed from the waiting list.
