Users
Doorways allows you to create multiple user profiles, each with their own privileges to access certain feature within the application.
To access aspects of the user profile, click on your username in the main header bar, this will launch the drop-down menu:
NOTE: Drop-down menu appearance and options will change depending on the User's permissions
A. Edit Profile - Allows you to edit personal user information, settings, etc.
B. Users - Allows you to Create Users, Create Roles, and manage the user's roles.
C. Report & Letter Templates - View all letters and report templates available for that site (allows you to edit, download, archive, and delete),global mergefields, and history of all created letters and reports.
D. Setup - Allows you to edit and add Housing Authority, Programs, Projects, and Units. Also allows you to edit the settings of Accounting.
E. Configuration - Allows you to see Info (Description and Version) and Categories you are allowed to view in Accounting.
F. Administration - Allows you to check Info (Description and Versions), Logs, System Health Checks, etc.
G. About - Allows you to view the PDF versions of the Subscription Agreement, Acceptable Use Policy, and Privacy Policy. As well as the current version of the site.
H. Help Guide - Takes the user to the Doorways Documentation.
I. Log Out - Securely logs user out of the Doorways app.
J. Change Password - Allows you to change the password to your account.
