Changing your user password and retrieving a forgotten password can be done with ease. 

Step-by-Step Guide to Changing a Password

  1.  If you are a user with permissions to change passwords, select the user you wish to change from the users roster. Otherwise, click on the "Change Password" link in the users dropdown menu.
  2. Enter your new password.
  3. Confirm new password.
  4. Click "Save". 
  5. Success! The user password has been changed.

Step-by-Step Guide for a Forgotten Password

  1. From the login screen, click "Forgot your password?".
  2. A forgotten password dialogue will pop up. Enter your email, then click "Send".
  3. A link will be sent to your email with instruction on how to reset your password.
