Refusals

Click the refusal tab/link to navigate to this view. Refusals d not remove the household from the waiting list, and do not change the ranking of the household. The comment entered before saving is the note associated with that refusal action.

Step by Step Guide to Adding a New Refusal

1. Click the "Add New" button.
2. Enter in the comment/note that best applies to the refusal. This can be edited later on.
3. Click "Save" or "Cancel".
4. Success! The refusal note has been added. The household will remain on the waiting list.

Removals

Click the removal link/tab to navigate to the this view. Removals are permanent actions that remove the household from the specified wait list. The comment entered before saving is the note associated with that removal action. 

Step by Step Guide to Removing a Household from Waiting List

1. Click the "Add New" button.
2. Enter in the comment/note that best applies to the removal. This can be edited later on.
3. Click "Save" or "Cancel".
4. Success! The removal note has been added and the , and the household will be removed from the waiting list.
