  1. Click the user drop down menu located in the header bar.
  2. Click "Users".
  3. A roster of all users will appear, a sample is shown below:
  4. Click the "Create New User" link. You will be redirected to the Create User page.

  5. Fill in all fields.  Optional: There is the ability to add a user signature image to their profile. This can be used for signing letters, maintenance, inspections, etc. To add a user signature image, click the "select file from computer" link, or drag the image file into the "drop" area.Note: only those fields with an asterisk are required.  
  6. Optional: Enter a phone number for the user and click the check box to opt-in for text messaging notifications from Doorways. This will be used in future development.
  7. Click "Save" when completed with creation of the user profile.
  8. Success! You have added a new user. They will now receive an email prompting them to setup their password. You will be returned to the updated user roster.
