- Click the user drop down menu located in the header bar.
- Click "Users".
- A roster of all users will appear, a sample is shown below:
- Click the "Create New User" link. You will be redirected to the Create User page.
- Fill in all fields.
- Optional: There is the ability to add a user signature image to their profile. This can be used for signing letters, maintenance, inspections, etc.
- To add a user signature image, click the "select file from computer" link, or drag the image file into the "drop" area.
- Optional: Enter a ohone number for the user and click the check box to opt in for text messaging notifications from Doorways.
- Click "Save" when completed with creation of the user profile.
- Success! You have added a new user. You will be returned to the updated user roster.
