The Toolbox can act as a mini "Home Dashboard", meaning, once expanded it has most of the options to interact with an individual or household as the "Home Dashboard" would, without having to go through the search process. The Toolbox constitutes ease in managing a household.
To access the Toolbox you must be on a tenants household overview page. To the left hand side is the Toolbox symbol:
Once clicked it expands to show multiple tools.
Through this toolbar you can:
A. Post a Transaction:
Access Transaction "actions" drop-down menu to (See Transactions):
- Post Payment
- Post Charge
- Post Adjustment
- Transfer Funds
Simply click on the transaction you would like to perform, and the wizard for the corresponding transaction will pop up, allowing you to complete said transaction.
B. Add to Waitlist
C. Open a work order (See Units)

- Unassign Unit
