The Files page in Doorways allows you to upload/attach a document to an individual work order.
Home Page > Maintenance > Work Orders

Step by Step Guide to Uploading a File on a Work Order

  1. Navigate to the Work Order Details page of the work order you wish to add a file to.
  2. Click the "Images" or "Documents link, depending on whether you are uploading an image or document to the work order.
  3. Click "Upload".
  4. Drag and drop a file or click "select files from your computer".

    1. When using the "select files from your computer..." link, your systems finder will open. 
    2. Select a file, then click "open".
  5. It may take a few second for the file to upload. 
  6. Success! You have officially uploaded a file to your work order.

    Hint: To view the full photo, double click the file thumbnail.

Step by Step Guide to Deleting a File from a Work Order

  1. Navigate to the Work Order you wish to remove a file from. 
  2. Click the "Images" or "Documents" link.
  3. Click the trash can icon attached to the file you wish to delete.
  4. Success! The file is removed.
