The "Waiting List Details" tab houses an overview of the tenants/applicants status on their waiting lists.

This includes the waiting lists the tenant/applicants are a part of, their standing on the list, their application date, and a refusal and removal history.
From this page you can add a unit refusal (with reason) and/or remove the tenant from a waiting list.
