Activity Report
The activity report list the actions performed for all households in order by household name, then by date. Other information included is the tenant unit (if applicable), effective date, date entered, action type, tenant monthly charge amount, and the user who performed the action. Note: In order to generate this report through output, must have areport template with the "Activity Report" tag.
Balance Due Report
Includes all households, as well as information regarding their account status, whether they have a credit balance, or owe money over 30, 60, or 90+ days. This report uses the "print" icon to launch the output/generate report wizard. Note: In order to generate this report through output, must have a report template with the "Aging Report" tag.
All Households Report
This report encompasses a master list of all the households including their associated status, address, program, and project. From here, you can also filter the households by status, program or project to narrow your search by clicking the "Filters" button. When the name of a household member is selected, it will take you to their individual household overview page. This report can be filtered and used to create groups using the Create/Add to Group button.
Family Income Level Report
The Family Income Level Report lists all households, as well as their income level (if any). If incomes are not set for the household, or they belong to a program/project without an income level, the "–" symbol will appear in place of those bits of information. Annual Income, #of Members in Family, 80% Limit, Amount Over 80% Limit, and Percentage Over 80% Limit are also included in this report. You may also print this report using the "universal" output icon. Note: To generate this report, you must have a report template with the tag "Family Income Level".
Recertifications Report
Recertification reporting shows all households, as well as the days remaining until their next due date, and the date the next recertification is due. Currently there are no filters implemented in this report. This report can be filtered and used to create groups using the Create/Add to Group button.
