The overall Work Order process is as follows:
Select Work Order
On the main screen after logging into the app, you will find a list of all the work orders assigned to you. To start the process of completing a work order, simply choose one of the orders below. From there, the blue lettering on the top right will walk you through the completion process. On the first screen, this will be titled 'Continue Work'.
Work Completed
On this page, there is a space to leave any comments about the work completed. Additionally, there is also a checkbox to indicate whether or not the smoke detector was checked during your inspection. At the bottom, there are three blue icons for adding any comments, photos, or cost adjustments. For more information on adding comments or photos, see Assigned Work Orders. For cost adjustment information, look to the right column of this page. To continue, select the Review Costs icon on the top right of the iPad screen.
Final Cost Review
As the last step to completing a work order, there is the opportunity to review all final costs filed in the work order. This includes any labor, materials, vendors, contractors, mileage or other costs as well as whether the tenant or housing authority will be charged for each category. If any of these costs are incorrect, press the blue Back icon on the top left and any cost changes can be accessed from the dollar sign icon in the bottom right. If the costs are all correct, there is a space for the worker to sign their signature on the bottom of the screen. To complete and submit the work order for review, click the blue Complete Work Order icon in the top right.
Cost Adjustments
To add or remove costs, click on the blue dollar sign icon on the bottom right. This icon will be present on both the summary page of the work order and the work completed page.
Add a Charge
Click on the blue bar on the bottom of the screen. This will prompt you to input a charge type, a description, and who the charge will be billed to. The charge type will also bring up additional tools related to the charge. For example, the charge type 'Labor' will bring up options for hours worked and the total labor cost. When finished, press the blue save button and the new charge will be added to the work order.
Remove a Charge
Click on the blue trash can icon on the right. This will delete its associated charge on the left.
