Installing HDS Mobile Work Orders

This guide will walk you through downloading HDS Mobile Work Orders on an iPad and bring you one step closer to completing work orders offline.

1. On your Ipad, navigate to the blue 'Apple Store' icon as shown below.

2. In the apple store, use the Search icon in the bottom right of the screen. Search for 'HDS Work Orders'.

3. Find the app for HDS Work Orders; it should like just like the picture below. Select 'Get'.

4. When prompted, select 'Install' and follow the app instructions.

5. To sign into the app after installation, enter your Doorways url. The url is the address you enter in the browser when you visit your Doorways site (ex: sitename.hdsdoorways.com). In this example, 'sitename' would be the part to enter here.

6. Finally, enter your email and password as you would normally on the Doorways desktop version and login.

You are now set to work on mobile work orders on or offline from your iPad.
