Search (All households and all units):   Use this feature to search for a household member or unit.

To search for a household member:

  1. Enter the first name, last name, SSN, or ARN
  2. Household members that match the entry will be listed in a drop down
  3. Click on the desired household

 To search for a unit:

  1. Enter the unit id, address, city, state or zip
  2. Units that match the entry will be listed in a drop down
  3. Click on the desired unit
