The "Correspondence" button, first prompts you to search for the household you wish to generate correspondence for, and offers a list of document templates to choose from.
Doorways provides the ability to create document templates that can be used by everyone throughout the application. It enables you to select, modify, and create templates and subsequently create letters such as re-certification notices, verification letters, late notices, late fee assessments, rent change/contract amendment letters, and so on.

  1. Click Correspond-Generate a Letter
  2. Search for and select the household letter is being sent to
  3. Select letter template from list of Available Document Templates
  4. Click Preview & Generate
    1. The Preview Document screen is where you Print the document
  5. Click Generate to save the document to the tenant Letter History
