- To access this feature navigate to Accounting on Header bar.
- Select the Late Fees tab.
- The feature defaults to show a report given some defaulted filters/parameters when using for the first time.
- Program (First in alphabetical order)
- Account Definition (Defaults to the Primary A/R for the given program)
- The user can set their own filters, and the filters will be remembered for the next time Late Fees are accessed.
- Filter options:
- Household Status
- Date
- Days Since Last Payment
- Program (Required to select only one)
- Project
- Account Definition (Required to select only one - this ensure that a late fee subcat will not be needed to be selected everytime)
- Account Aging (Aging is based upon the date filter if set.)
- Apply Features
- Late Fee Report utilizes the balance due report as well as many of the same filters.
- Deselect/Select household. You can deselect/select all or an individual at a time.
- Feature enhancement has been written up to auto deselect a household with a "Late Fee Posted" of true.

- Account Balance
- Last Payment Date
- Last Posted Amount Total
- Late Fee Posted Indicator
- Notes (Can access the household's notes without leaving the late fees feature)
- Deselect/Select household. You can deselect/select all or an individual at a time.
- Post Late Fees, then posts for all households that were selected.
- Post Late Fees - Transaction Details
- Post on Date
- Amount
- Description (optional)
- Post
- A historical action is made that displays the same information shown in the original posting report.
- From this view, you can Print all invoices or Print individual invoices
- You can also access the household's notes, adding or viewing as necessary without leaving the Late Fees feature.
