HAP Projection Report

The Housing Authority Payment (HAP) Projection Report is a default report for projecting future payments to various landlords from the housing authority. This report can be used for estimating payments to landlords set up in the Assistance program for any future month. Navigate to the HAP Projection Report

The HAP Projection Report can be located in the Reports Center by clicking the 'Reports' tab in the header bar. Then select the HAP Projection Report under the accounting section.

HAP Projection Report Overview

  • The report is organized by landlord for ease of use (in green).
  • Projected payments can been seen for each landlord on the left side (in orange) with a total projected payment at the bottom.
  • Additionally, this report also displays the tenant and address for each unit owned by the landlord to the right.


By default, the report shows projected payments for next month. To change this, simply select the 'Filter' icon in the toolbar and change the effective date by clicking the 'Calendar' icon. Remember to select apply after choosing the effective date.
