TIC Forms
Tenant Income Certification forms or TIC forms will be custom created for the state that your Housing Authority operates within. If you do not wish to use your state form, there is an HDS Standard TIC form we can configure for your site.
If you do not have TIC form document configurations and you wish to incorporate them into your system, please reach out to our support team and open up a ticket via our Service Desk.
Doorways DOES NOT auto-fill every field within the TIC form. We simply do not handle all of the data for a household that each states TIC form may require.
We recommend generating the form with the household action, downloading, printing, and then filling out the remaining fields on the form. From there you can scan and re-upload to the household action so that it is stored for future use in Doorways.
To generate a TIC Form:
- With a tax credit household, Assign, move-In, or Perform a Re-Certification.
- After complete, navigate to the household Household History tab.
- Within this tab, open the household action you just completed. It should be listed at the top.
- The documents portion of the action should list a TIC form.
- We recommend downloading this document, filling in any information that could not be obtained from the data in Doorways, scan, and upload to the household action
