Roles and Permissions

  • Permissions to manage Waiting Lists added.

Reports

  • Bad Debt Report added. This report lists all households with debit balances within a "Bad Debt" account. If you wish to have a bad debt account setup, please ask your Doorways point of contact.

Reports

  • Report selector dropdown now has a scrollbar.
  • All Households Report now includes Conveyed, Assigned, Tenant, Inactive.
  • Aging report graph was reformatted to fit various screen sizes.

Letter/Reports

  • Templates can no longer be added that match the name of another. All names need to be unique.
  • Generating Letters or Reports has been streamlined in the case that all merge fields have been merged, and or, no additional information is needed.

Transfers

  • Ability to transfer negative amounts is now supported. This is recommended for transferring debit balances to a Bad Debt account.
Fixed:

Loans

  • Loan did not "Stop" or move to the expired section after it was paid off.
  • Households moving into loan homes, had sections where TTP was shown. This was not necessary unless the household was of Mutual Help, Tax Credit, or a Rental.
  • Stopped loans were still being marked as Primary Accounts.

Recurring Transactions

  • Recurring Transactions now expire upon conveying a household. (If the option to end recurring transactions is selected during the conveyance process.)

Work Orders

  • Search tool was non-functional.

Conveyance 

  • Conveyance Wizard was missing data within the Account Balance step.

Required Deposits

  • Second deposits wont save.

Household Overview

  • Notification Center is now functional again. Monthly rent amount, as well as the total required deposits owed appears.

Setup

  • Program name changes did not trickle down to various application views.

Output

  • Letterhead was not populating for the Rent Change letter.
  • Balance due merge fields were including principal balances.

Reports

  • Households that had been moved out, with no recurring charges were still appearing in Accounting Reports.
  • A/R & Equity Report dates were 1 day off.

Household Overview

  • Notes widget "+" button was non-functional.
