Added:

Notes

  • Waiting List Notes can now be added for a household, i.e. select Waiting List note category.
  • Alert Notes can now be added for a household, i.e. select Alert note category. When navigating to a households page that includes alert notes, a pop-up will appear including all alert notes and an option to prevent them from appearing in the future.
  • Vacancy Notes can now be added and will appear in the vacancy report. I.e. select Vacancy note category.

Household History

  • Programs without split categories that do not rely on simple TTP and/or Principal/Interest charges, a notice icon will appear in the household action that is missing split categories. (This is useful for Homeownership and Mutual Help type programs that have not had the required split categories set up yet.)

Tenant Ledger

  • A new widget has been added that displays the status of a households repayment agreement. This widget will list all repayment agreements that are active, as well as the balance remaining.

Reporting

  • PPUs now shown in Tenant Ledger Report.
  • PPUs now shown in Rent Roll Report.
  • The Work Order Cost Report can now be filtered /searchable by units.

Users

  • Users will be logged out after an hour of inactivity. This will increase security.
Fixed:

New Units

  • Program and Project selections were missing Program/Project labels.

Reporting

  • All Transaction report was not displaying the transaction subcategory, instead description was shown.
