Reporting

  • Rent Roll Report now includes a unit tally.
  • A totals column has been added for the Statement of Operations Report.

Emailing

  • You can now send output options as email. For instance, when sending a letter, it is also possible to attach the pdf to an email and send it to tenants directly via a paperless route.

Household Actions

  • During the Assignment process, you can now select the effective date of the Assignment action.

Templates

  • Added a Doorways compatible merge field for Deposits Due, Repayment Agreements Due, and Closing Balance.
Fixed

Reporting

  • End date filtering was not properly excluding dates outside of the end date. This was due to the setting of Timezones in the Housing Authority setup.
  • Aging Report under the new Reports Center was not matching the same report under the older Accounting tab Reports Center.

Templates

  • Some merge fields regarding address were not populating the most effective unit address.
  • Street Address merge fields were not including apartment number.

iPad Browser

  • Overall, Doorways when used on an iPad has been cleaned up to better fit the screen size. This makes for more efficient mobile use of the site. 

Inspections

  • In rare cases, printed inspection forms were cutting off bottom portions, removing some important pieces of information.

Households

  • In the household overview page, the Notification Center was temporarily non-functional. Use of this widget is functional again.
  • TTP - Total Tenant Payment worksheets were not displaying the next recertification date.
  • Could not remove/delete Excluded Income amounts from an Income category.

Month End

  • The locked month warning had disappeared when posting transactions for a month that was locked or closed. This issue has now been addressed, and users will be notified that posting within a locked/closed month is not possible.

  • The sign up dialog for new households/new applicants has been updated to match the look and feel of other features within Doorways.
  • You can now set a split on fixed rent amounts. If there are at least two splits, the separate subcategories will appear during the interim, annual, or move-in process.
